1000 smiles 4 the Divemaster

The one who takes 1000 pictures of our diving and snorkeling guests smiling will become a PADI Divemaster course for free!



Very often people ask us if there is a chance to do the Divemaster course as an internship where you get the course for free and work for us in return. This brought us the idea of offering an intern involving a digital camera and offer the 1000 smiles 4 the Divemaster internship!

Goodbye Katie, Welcome Gaby - New Teacher for Koh Rong

Katie, our long time english teacher, who has been staying with us dor 10 months, has left us! She went back to England to meet up with her friende and family. Thanks again in the name of the Children of Koh Tui Village on Koh Rong and big kisses from The Dive Shop Team!!!
Luckily, we have an awesome replacement already. :) Welcome to Gabi, our new volunteer teacher from Argentina! Gabi is an avid diver already who learned diving as a 11 year old.

Koh Rong Island got listed by the New York Times as one of the 45 places to go in 2012

Yesterday I have read an article written by the New York Times, saying Koh Rong island got listed as one of the 45 places in the world to go in 2012!



Since around 3 years we are doing most of our inwater scuba training off the island. The Dive Shop has been the first western owned business based on the southern side of the island. Since, the island is becoming more and more popular and more and more businesses are opening up. Still, Koh Rong, which has a size of around 78m², is a beautiful place to learn scuba diving, snorkeling or just relax at one of the 27 beaches.
