Welcome Freya and Aydan
We are glad to introduce you our new two team members: Freya and Aydan.
Both will support us in our Head Office in Sihanoukville. Our multinational team is growing more and more and we can't wait to welcome you guys in our Dive Shop.

Welcome Christy and Ed
Actually we are a little late, Christy and Ed already work for The Dive Shop since a couple of weeks but as w e have been fairly busy we did not find time enough to introduce our teams two new heroes.
Christy has learnt to dive when she was 14 years old, and straight away she was hooked. It quickly became a thing that she would do together with her mum as often as possible. So after graduating from university in 2012, she decided to become a full time mermaid and spend everyday exploring the underwater world!
Ed always enjoyed being close to nature and loves to go wild camping whenever he has the chance. Diving has let him take that love of the natural world further. He completed his Open Water Course in the UK, and despite the cold, murky waters he was instantly addicted. Since then he has been diving and teaching around Asia, always keen to meet other divers and swap stories.

Sailing-Ligveabord trips in 2015
We would like to announce a change in our liveaboard program.
Starting from January 2015, we will cooperate with Sea Cambodia and run liveaboard trips to the outer islands with the X-Cat, the largest and best equipped sailing catamaran in Cambodia.
The first trip is scheduled for the 20. of January 2015.
We plan a two night/6 dive trip to Koh Prins and Koh Tang.
The two night trip will be $799 per diver and $499 per person snorkeling. As a special offer for this first trip we offer $100 discount per person when booking with us up front. We have a maximum capacity of 10 divers and another 10 guests joining for sailing and snorkeling.

Sidemount BCDs and Tecstuff
Great, today our shipment of brand new dive gear arrived!
We will start teaching the PADI Sidemount course soon. Also we have bought new technical equipment. Thats good news for our students and also its great to have some new toys for our instructors to play with in the upcoming high season. :)

Cave Hunting in the Kirirom National Park
Still we are looking out for new sites to dive at. Years ago we have already been searching for diveable caves around Kep and Kampot, now again we have got a hint for a cave filled with clear water located in the Kirirom National Park. A video clip found on youtube of some dirtbikers showed a cave with clear water and catfish living inside.
This called for another expedition! We organized two taxis, prepared plenty of dive gear and off to Kirirom we went. The first day of hiking through the local pine forests did not bring us to interesting dive sites. The second day was kind of a success as we have found the cave from the video, sadly it was just a small creek inside and no hole deep enough to dive.
Still, we have had a good trip and a lot of fun!
On our last day the locals showed us another lake which apparently has holy crocodiles living in it. To at least empty two of our tanks we did a quite nice dive in a small river where we found almost 6 meters depth as well as two sunken boats and a lot of freshwater fish.

Welcome to the team Yves
Yves was born in France and didn't know yet that he would eventually become a diver, as he was more attracted by the thrill of the mountains.
After 10 years of skiing and traveling, he tried scuba diving in Koh Tao for the first time and felt in love with diving straight away. Yves cantinued to dive around south east Asia and what was a hobby became a reason to travel in itself. Whilst seeing the turtles in Malaysia and exploring the wrecks in Coron, he decided that being underwater is the place to be! So he went back to Koh Tao to go through the Divemaster training and short after he went to Bali to take the IDC course with Bali Breizh Divers and Course Director Guy Faisnel. By now Yves lives in Cambodia to dive our fairly unspoiled sites and hekp us to teach our students!
